The Spectro UV curing oven is designed using all the advantages of UV radiation.
The Spectro UV curing unit is designed to cure chemicals by exposing them to UV light. It is a modular unit that enables you to handle products up to 500x550mm. The base model is always the same but the unit can be equipped with different UV lights so that they can be adapted exactly to your requirements.
Because not all materials react on the same wave length of UV light, the UV sources are available with different power and wave lengths and have a standard width of 150mm. When a width of more than 150mm is required, more UV lights need to be installed side by side.
The DIMA UV curing units are equipped with Fusion microwave lamps who are known for their low heat generation and broad spectrum of UV light. The F300 unit deliver 120W/cm. Lights have a constant UV emission and practically do not degrade. This guarantees a constant curing process with a minimum on calibration and maintenance cost. Light bulbs have a guaranteed life time of 8000 hours but often perform far behind that number of hours with the same excellence as when they were new.
